Sunil Tdepalli, CEO of Xplore, has a vast experience of 19 years. With big leading companies like Coca-Cola and TCS, in his experience, had a lot to contribute to Xplore’s core team. He helped lead the team to success in several areas, including Product Development, Marketing and more.
Akhil, the Director and COO, has always had keen business acumen. He was born in a family of entrepreneurs and naturally became part of entrepreneur cell in college. He had started his journey by working on workshops which later led to the start of Xplore in 2018. Akhil was able to bring the idea of Xplore into life with his strong vision and hardwork. Since then the company has grown in leaps and bounds. One of Akhil’s primary goals is to extend all of Xplore’s services to tier 2 and 3 colleges. He aims to offer all students an equal chance at education, regardless of their college or background.
Abhinav Goud T., the Director for Americas, the mind behind building network for the company, always had a keen interest in entrepreneurship. His experiences and interests in the field of business led him to generate the idea of Xplore alongside Akhil. It is his efforts and networking which brought growth to Xplore since it started in 2018. Abhinav found potential in expanding the business abroad. He opened a branch in the United States of America. Abhinav is working towards promoting Xplore to people in all walks of life.
Krishna Teja, the CTO of Xplore, always has the drive to solve problems. He likes creating processes and software that is intuitive. Krishna also has experience as a teacher and has taught over 20,000 students. Combining his expertise and passion in these fields, he developed software and crafted teaching methods that circumvent cumbersome learning practices altogether through Xplore.
Srinivas has substantial experience in the field of education, with a focus on academia-industry interfaces, corporate alliances, technical recruitment etc. With a master’s in human resources and expertise in the field of EduTech, he is a perfect fit in the team to help push Xplore to even more success.
